This means you will receive a credit for each kWh CCECA receives from you, not exceeding the amount of kWh usage you were billed for. For example, if CCECA receives 800 kWh from you, but you only consumed 700 kWh from CCECA, you will only receive a credit for 700 kWh. You will receive $0.1293490 per kWh as a credit on your bill each month.
