Here are a few things you’ll need to do in order to change your service:
- Call (903) 683-2248 or (800) 992-4280 (toll-free) or stop by the Cherokee County Electric Cooperative Association (CCECA) office
- Service and mailing address
- Verify account information
- The Staking Technician will contact you to schedule a staking appointment
- Meet at your property with a Staking Technician who will stake the required changes and determine your costs
- Complete any required easements
- Pay construction costs
Once you’ve completed the process above, we’ll schedule the adjustments on your property.
