Rate Change Planned

In order to maintain the financial stability of the Cooperative, the Board of Directors of Cherokee County Electric Cooperative Association has approved the first rate change since 1988. The new rates will be implemented January 1, 2007 and are detailed in the Rate Change Summary.  More Details HERE.

Outage Hotline

CCECA now has a new outage hotline # that will help eliminate busy signals during major outages.  Please have your (1) account number, (2) name on the account, (3) and phone number that is listed with the account ready when you dial.

Credit Card Payments

CCECA accepts MasterCard, VISA and Discover and  American Express.  Credit or debit card payments can be made in the office or by phone.  Please call with any questions.

Pay Electric Bill by Phone, Now Available
Cherokee County Electric Coop. is doing everything we can to provide our members with convenience. We now accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express over the phone as your method of payment.
