CONSTRUCTION BASIC GUIDELINES:
Overhead
1000 feet of
overhead service will be built at no expense to a permanent residence. Mobile Homes will
be subject to review.
Underground
An allowable
expenditure formula is used to calculate the cost of all underground installations. This
formula results in an average cost to be approximately $4.50 per foot. Normally there is a
$500 minimum for any underground installation less than 110 feet.
Meter
Loops & Meter Loop Poles
A minimum of
a 16-foot pole is required and the member is required to furnish the pole. The
Staking Engineer will determine what size meter loop pole is needed for your application.
All temporary "saw poles" are required to be 12 feet from the ground to
weatherhead and weatherhead must not extend beyond the top of the pole and must be within
6" from the top of the pole.
